I started out studying dance and choreography, and I came to Pilates as a form of cross-training while I was a dancer in Berlin. I believe that Pilates is one of the smartest ways to build your functional strength, and I’m driven to share the benefits of Pilates with others. In my classes you'll find focus through breath work, anatomical alignment, and strong core activation. I'm all about helping you understand your own alignment and making you work through your own range of motion.
