I started out studying dance and choreography, and I came to Pilates as a form of cross-training while I was a dancer in Berlin. I believe that Pilates is one of the smartest ways to build your functional strength, and I’m driven to share the benefits of Pilates with others. In my classes you'll find focus through breath work, anatomical alignment, and strong core activation. I'm all about helping you understand your own alignment and making you work through your own range of motion.

Seeing my clients have "A-ha" moments and surprise themselves by where their body can take them.

What workout move do you swear by?

There really is nothing like a great Pilates Reformer workout.?

Best quick lunch in NYC?

Dig Inn always has the tastiest greens and excellent proteins, perfect for this vegetarian.

Current obsession?

Training on aerial silks. It's unbelievably challenging to make it look graceful.?

What’s your passion project?

My passion project is to create a safe workout space for people of ALL body types and backgrounds so they're capable of tackling anything.
